Quick Answers to Common Questions

Once you've selected your adventure, we require a 25% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your tour start date. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Our team will guide you through each step.
Cancellations made 60 days or more before the tour date receive a full refund less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations between 30-59 days receive a 50% refund. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 30 days. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Yes, private tours are available and can be customized to your group's preferences. Our standard group tours are kept small, typically limited to 6-10 participants, to ensure a personalized and safe experience with optimal guide-to-client ratios.
A detailed gear list will be provided upon booking, specific to your chosen adventure. Generally, this includes appropriate layers for cold weather, waterproof outerwear, sturdy hiking boots, sunglasses, sunscreen, water bottle, and a daypack. Specialized technical gear like ice axes or crampons are provided by Permafrost Path for certain tours.
